When you click an Upgrade button, you’ll be redirected to iFastNet.com. That’s because premium hosting is offered by our trusted partner, iFastNet, not by SuperFree directly.
iFastNet is a separate company with its own systems and support. While we can answer general questions about premium hosting, SuperFree is not an official support channel for iFastNet. For account-specific questions or anything related to your order, please contact iFastNet directly, they’re the only ones with access to their systems.
Because iFastNet’s hosting is completely separate, purchasing a premium account won’t affect your SuperFree account. You won’t see your premium account in the SuperFree control panel, and your free accounts will remain unchanged.
Also, buying a premium plan won’t automatically upgrade your existing website. However, iFastNet offers a free migration service to move your website over, just ask them after placing your order.
To start using your premium hosting, your website must be moved to iFastNet’s servers.
Thankfully, iFastNet provides a free, no-downtime migration service. After placing your order, simply contact iFastNet support, and they’ll take care of the rest.
After purchasing your premium plan, simply contact iFastNet via their support ticket system. Note that you may need to sign up to their support portal to submit your request. Include your SuperFree account details and the domain names you want to migrate. They will handle the process for you.
You can continue using your SuperFree subdomain on premium hosting!
During migration, iFastNet can move all your websites, including those on free subdomains. However, some premium features may not be fully supported on migrated subdomains. For the best experience, consider using a free subdomain from iFastNet or using your own custom domain.

If you would like to go back to free hosting after that, you will need to contact iFastNet to move your domains back.
Once your site is migrated, your old SuperFree hosting account will no longer serve any purpose. It may still appear active, but changes made there won’t affect your live website on premium hosting.
All future updates and management should be done through iFastNet’s cPanel interface. You can safely deactivate your SuperFree account or let it expire due to inactivity, it won’t impact your premium service.

Did you just upgrade your website to premium hosting? Awesome! To make the most of your upgrade, here are some things you need to know.
SuperFree is a free website hosting provider, sponsored by iFastNet. SuperFree does not provide any premium hosting services. The premium hosting services advertised on SuperFree’s website and panels is provided by a different company, iFastNet.
So if you have any questions about the premium hosting, the status of your order or how to use it, you can ask iFastNet’s support staff. You can contact iFastNet through their own support portal at https://support.ifastnet.com/
Note that you’ll need to create a separate account for the support portal. The logins are not linked to the SuperFree client area or iFastNet billing portal.
iFastNet’s premium hosting system is mostly separate from SuperFree’s free hosting service. This has a couple of consequences:
Your SuperFree accounts remain untouched originally. Purchasing a premium account doesn’t automatically change anything regarding your website.
Free hosting accounts are not upgraded in-place. You can have free and premium accounts at the same time without any issues.
Your websites are not automatically moved to premium hosting. You’ll have to move your website yourself or ask iFastNet to migrate it for you.
In order to enjoy the features of premium hosting, your website needs to be migrated to iFastNet’s premium servers. iFastNet can migrate your website at any time, even if the account is suspended.
To have your website migrated to premium hosting:
Open an account on iFastNet’s support portal: https://support.ifastnet.com/ (note that you may have to create a new account)
Open a new support ticket, be sure to submit the domain name of your new account and the invoice number of your premium order.
In your message, clearly state that you would like to have your website migrated from free hosting.
Include the username of the free hosting account you would like to move (e.g. suprf_12345678).
Submit the support ticket and wait for iFastNet to migrate your website.
Note that after the migration has completed, it can still take a few hours for your website to work again due to DNS caching.
